The First Alert HA300CBUK Heat Alarm has been designed for use in kitchen areas and garages. It detects an increase in room temperature and is designed not to sound falsely from cooking fumes. It also features a test and hush button and has an 85 dB warning alarm when activated.

Suitable for installations complying to BS 5839-6: 2013 Grade F.
